The Rice CRC program is largely new research. Its projects have forged new links and encouraged a range of new researchers to study rice-related issues. Most projects are now producing results that will be important in securing the longer term future of the Australian Rice Industry. The research reported in this section illustrates the range of endeavour and the high level of cooperation that has been encouraged through this CRC.
